There were ho cases for hearing, at last sitting, in either the Resident Magistrate's or Warden's Courts. Warden's Court. —April Bth. .(Before E. H. Carew, Esq., "Warden.) . The following applications were granted: —Wade and another, extension of water race ; Gardiner and another, an extended claim and a dam ; Hngh Brown, residence area ; Scandinavian Company, protection to a claim; Mallon and others, protection to a claim ; Peacock, and another, an extended "claim ; Quan jN"ewey and others, an extended claim, a tail race, and a dam ; Tiernan and another, protection to a claim. . Thurlow and party's adjourned (opposed) application for a tail race was, after argument, withdrawn, that applicants might mark out and apply for a race upon a- line which would not interfere with the objectors'claim. _ /
