THE NOMINATION of Candidates for the office of Mayor of the said Municipality will take place at the Court House, Naseby, on Monday, the 10th day of March, 1873, at the hour of Twelve o'clock at Noon; and THE POLL (if, any) will be taken on Friday, the 14th day of March aforesaid. And Notice is hereby further given thai! the NOMINATIONS for the office of two Councillors for each of the "Wards into which the said Municipality is divided, and for two Auditors of the said Municipality, will take place at the Court House, Naseby aforesaid, on Saturday, the 15th day of March, 1873, at the hour of Twelve o'clock at Noon; and THE POLL (if any) will be taken on Monday, the 24th day of March aforesaid. And Notice is Also Given that the undermentioned places have been fixed as POLLING- BOOTHS for the purposes of such Elections, namely :- EAST WARD.—The House lately: occupied as the New Orleans Dining Rooms, Leven Street, Naseby, aforesaid: WEST WARD.—The Naseby Water Works Office, Earn Street, Naseby aforesaid: SOUTH WARD.—The Ante-room of % the Masonic Hall, Derwent Street, Naseby aforesaid: Nominations mustbe lodged at my Office in Earn Street, Naseby aforesaid, before Noon on the respective days of Nomination aboveuamed. Tenders to be endorsed "Tender for Sludge Channel, Contract JNo. 1," to be addressed to the Secretary, for Works, Dunedin. The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.
