KYEBURN.
(From our own Correspondent.) Quite a stir was made here -about niy few remarks in tie matter of the crinoline mailman—everybody accusing everybody else of being the ungallant individual. Most agree, however, that the remarks were not altogether uncalled for. I don't write to tell you this, but to disclaim the title of your " own," as I am sorry I am hot' lesident sufficiently to permit of any regularity on my part. However, some one will surely be patriotic enough to send you notes from, the Kyeburn.
