Lunacy. —John Crosbie wns brought up charged with being of unsound mind. After the examination of Dr. Dick and arresting Constable Blair, the accused was remanded to Dunedin for further examination.
John Morrison v. P. Morony.— Claim of £l7 4s. 2d.,, for timber, &c, supplied. Claim admitted, judgment {'or amount claimed, with 19s. costs, to be p'lid within one month from date. 1/uuacy. —A Chinaman named Ah Kat was charged by ~ Sergeant M'Cluskey with being of unsound mind. Remanded for three days for examination.
