(Before H. W. Bobinson, Etq., R.M.) Police v. Griffiths.—Besistiug the Police in execution of their duty. Fined- 40s or imprisonment for 48 hours with hard labor; Same v. same.—Being drunk when in Court, on the Ist. instant, Discharged. Same v. Alex. Thomson.—iJeing of unsound mind, Discharged Same v. Thos. Moore.—Being of unsound mind. Remanded for three days, for medical examination. January, 7th. Police Thos. Moore.—Being of unsound mind. This was an adjourned case from the 4th instant, Discharged. •January, Bth. John Cogan applied for a bagatelle license, which was granted.
Fkiday, January 10th. John Crosbie, a shepherd from the Linburn Station, was informed against by Constable Blair with being of unsound mind. On the application of the Police, the accused was remanded ;for three days for medical examination. (Before Wm. Grumitt, Esq., J.P.) On the 14th, the aecused John Crosbie was again brought up, when a further remand for three days, for medical examination, was -
