H. Smith, dam; William M'Davitt, protection; Mann Wade, protection to a claim and tail race; Wade and another, protection to claim; Trayton Potter, protection to claim; Enterprise Company, Registered, protection to claim.

The Warden gave notice that lie would hold fortnightly Courts, commencing on Tuesday, the 19th Nov.
