(Before H. "W". Robinson, Esq., Warden). Thomas and others v. (xrayson and others.—This was a plaint to recover from-defendants the sum of £L4 19s. 4d., damages alleged to have been incurred by plaintiffs in consequence of defendants' refusal to sign a deed of submission to arbitration, as agreed; upon. After lengthy argument, the Court held that it had been proved that the expenses had been incurred by the neglect of defendants, and allowed the entire amount claimed,, with. Court costs and 21s. professional costs. Mr. Kowlatt for complainants-, Mr. Hertslet for defendants.
