Friday, August 16. (Before H. W. llobinson, Esq., R.M.) John v. London.—Claim, £5 10s., illegal detention of property. Ordered, that defendant restore the property-..t0 plaintiff upon the payment of £l, or pay complainant the sum of £5 10s., the amount claimed. Monday, August 19. Rowlatt v. llyan.—Claim, £22 15s. 4d. for professional services. Settled out of Court. John v. London. — Claim, £1 5a , for one week's wages. It appeared from the evidence that complainant had; served only three days, and that thsv engagement had been broken off by mutual consent. .1 udjmient was given . O O ■■for 125.-6 d., with costs. ■ ■ London v. John.—Claim, £1 10s., for goods supplied. Amount paid into Court. King v. Talbot.—Claim, £25, balance of amount due for board. Judgment, by consent, for the amount claimed, with £1 2s. costs.
