Alfred H. Keene v. Joseph Taylor andlGustof Chorlson. Complaint—(lst), That defendants have constr acted a dam for the storage of water across a gully in the rear of Mrs. George's paddock, Kyeburn DiggingSj withou + having first complied with the first section of Reg xi. G-oldfields Rules and Regulations : (2nd), That, by the construction of the said dam, the defendants have cut off from its natural course a stream of water required by complainant for general purposes, contrary to the provisions of sec. 14 Reg. xri. Goldfields Rules and Regulations. Withdrawn, by consent, upon defendants' paying Court costs and complainant's expenses.
