Dunedin, Thursday. Two cottages, situated ia York Place, belonging to Mr. Hay, bookseller, were totally destroyed bj r fire yesterday! The loss is estimated at £520. £2OO covered, by insurance. A gold watch, worth thirty guineas, is also lost in the lire. • One of the cottages was occupied.by .Mr. Burnsf and the other by Mr. Corbett, belonging to Messrs. A. and T. Burt.
