Fined 495., costs ss. 6d., and £3 Bs., expenses of two witnesses. Same v. Blakely.—Similar offence. Eined 405., costs ss. 6d. De Lautour v. Glass.—-Claim, £lO Yalue of steer, property of plaintiff. Judgment, £6 ; costs, IBs., and 21s. professional costs. Billiard and bagatelle licenses were granted to E. T. G-eorge,. W. Hunter, E. Horswell and JJ. Keenan; also slaughtering license to 11. Hastie, a shepherd on Captain Hamilton's run.
