Robinson, Esq., Warden of Wardens' Courts of the Otagj Goldfields, and dated the 25th day of April, 1872, I shall, on THURSDAY, the 9ra DAY of MAY, 1872, proceed to Sell by Public Auction, at tlie Court* House, Naseby, at One o'clock p.m., the Right, Title, and Interest of the above-named Defendants in the Property as raentioned.below, unless this execution be previously satisfied: WATER RACE, Known'as the " Golden Stream," six miles in length, situated near the head of the Kyeburn, Kyeburn Diggings'; WATER RACE LICENSE, No. 854, date 3CKLO-71.
