Mary Dowling v. William Bowling.— Charge that defendant did, on the 4th April instant, violently and unlawfully assault and beat plaintiff. * Kned £3, and 7s. costs —half the fine to go to complain* anfc—to be paid forthwith, or, in default, one month's imprisonment with hard labor.
