Sir,-- - X HEREWITH DEPOSIT the sum of Twenty Pounds (£2O) as required by the Mining Leases Regulations of Otago,and I agree, if my application (the particulars, of which are hereunder set forth) be investigated, that such sum shall in all respects be held subject to the terms of such Regulations, and that upon approval of this Application, I will execute a Lease upon the bases therein stated* if the Governor or his Delegate shall think fit to grant the same.

MILLAR, with a desire to meet the wants of the residents aud others of St. Batlians, Welshmnns, Blackstone Hill, Eden Creek," Rough Ridge, and Surrounding Districts, begs to inform them that he will commense running a Coach between St. Bathans and Naseby for the conveyance of Passengers and Parcels, on Thursday next, 15th inst. The Coach will leave the Old Victorian Hotel, Naseby, every Thursday about ten a.m., arriving at the Montezuma Hotel, St. Bathaus, same evening. Will leave St. Bathana every Friday morning, about ten a.m., arriving in Naseby same evening. Passengers and Parcels at moderate rates; Orders left and places secured at the Old Victorian Hotel, Naseby. W. J. MILLAB.
