No entries will be received for any of the above races, except upon this condition, that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out ol the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint. There decision upon all points shall be iinal, No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse for any race in this programme—Post Entry races excepted—unless a subscriber not less than £z 2s. to the Race fund. Entries to be received by the Secretary, at the A ictoria Hotel, JVlov.nt Ida, btlore 6 p.m. on 9th January, 1872,—entrance money enclosed, with name, age, pedigree (if any) ol the horse, name of the owner, and color oi the rider.
