No entries will be received for any of the above races, except upon this condition, that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out ol the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint. There decision upon all points shall be iinal, No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse for any race in this programme—Post Entry races excepted—unless a subscriber not less than £z 2s. to the Race fund. Any jockey riding, except in colors enterid, will be fined £1 Is. Five per cent, deducted from tho gross amount oft all stokes l'or expenses.
