Twent y Pounds (£2O) as required by the Mining Leases Regulations of Otago, and 1 agree, if my application (the particulars of which are hereunder set forth) be investigated, that such sum shall in all respects be held subject to the terms of such Regulations, and that upon approval of this Application, I will execute a Lease upon the bases therein stated rf the Governor or his Delegate shall think lit to grant the same. The above Application and any Objection thereto will be heard before me at St. Bathans on Friday the first December, 1871 Any person desiring to object to the issue of a Mining Lease upon the above Application must enter his objection at my office at St. Bathans twenty-four hours at the least before the time appointed for the hearing thereof.
