Casual Advertisements payable in advance excepting in cases in wliich accounts have been already opened. Notice of withdrawal or alteration must be in writing, and left at the Office before noon on the Tuesday previous to publication. New advertisements must be delivered at the Office not later than 4 o'clock p.m. on the day previous to publication. If after that hour, a double charge will bo made. Advertisements must bo accompanied by a statement specifying the number of insertions desired; otherwise, they will be continued until countermanded, and charged accordingly.
