Miscellaneous Advertisements. the Undersigned, Matthew William Hawjcins, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, Accountant, hereby make Application to Register The Ricasoli Quarts Mining Company, Sutton, Registered, under the Provisions of " The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865;" and Ido solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, true in every particular, namely:— 1. The name and Style of the Com- . pany is " The Ricasoli Quartz Mining Company, Sutton, Registered." 2. The place of operations of the Company is at Sutton, in the District of Taieri. 3. The nominal capital of the Company is four thousand eight huudred pounds, in four hundred and eighty shares of ten pounds ; each. 4. The amount already paid up is two thousand four hundred pounds, the whole being allotted in partly paid up shares. 5. The name of the Manager is Matthew William Hawkins. 6. The office of the Company is at Dunedin aforesaid. 7.
