Miscellaneous Advertisements. MINING LEASE APPLICATION. Mount Ida, 18th September, 1871. To the Warden at Nadeby. IHEEEWITH deposit the sum of Twenty Pounds (£2O) as required by the Mining Leases Regulations of Otago, and I agree, if my application (the particulars of which are hereunder set forth) be investigated, that such sum shall in all respects be held subject to the terms of such Regulations, and that upon approval of this Application I will execute a Lease upon the bases therein stated, if the G-overnor or his Delegate shall think fit to grant the same. Style under which it is intended to conduct the business.—Live and Let Live Company. Extend of land applied for.—Eight Acres. Minimum number of men to be employed by the lessee.—(l) For the first six months, four men. (2) Subsequently, when in full work, eight men. Amount of capital proposed to be invested. —Sixteen hundred pounds stg. Proposed mode of working the land.— Ground sluicing. Precise locality.—Adjoining Scotch and Cornish Company's Lease, Clarke No. 1. Term for which lease required.—Fifteen years. Time of commencing operations.—When tee lease is granted.
