Dunedin, Thursday, 5 p.m. Reicheldt's case has occupied the time of the Supreme Court since opening, and it is not likely to finish till the end of the week. Nothing new elicited.
The news from Wellington is very meagre. The Education Bill is still being d scussed. The (Joldfields Committee have reported against the reduction in the fee for miners' rights. The Presbytery yesterdav sustained the call to the Kev'. J. M'Cosh Smith. The trial discourses are to be heard at Naseby on 10th October, and the ordination is appointed to take place on the following day. A heavy fall of snow took place on Tuesday and Wednesday. To-day the weather is beautiful.
