"N the matter of a Judgment obtained in this Court on the 1 2nd May, 1871, by the Plaintiff against the Defendants, for the sum of £32 18s, sd. sterling, together ■with costs and expenses, TAKE NOTICE, that by virtue of a Warrant under the hand of H. W. Eobinson,Esq., Warden of the District of the Otago Goldfields, and dated the 10th day of May, 1871,1 shall, on Wednesday, the 14th day of June, 1871, at Twelve o'clock Noon, proceed to sell by Public Auction, at the Court House, Naseby, the Property of the Ben Lomond Water Race and Mining Company (Registered), Maerewhenua, as mentioned below, unless this Execution is previously satisfied. Seven Sluice Boxes, 16 feet each, One Water Shoot, 18 feet; One Carpenter's Bench, 14 feet; One Blacksmith's Anvil; One Blacksmith's Bellows and Stand ; One Grinding Stone, complete.
