I have long been observant of the persistent neglect of this District by the Government, Since the re-arrangement of the electoral dintricts and apportionment of two members to. represent Mount Ida T have confidently looked forward to better days for this Goldfield, provided the right men were returned ; by this 1 mean men who have a knowledge of the special wants of the district, and sincere and earnest in their desire to serve their constituents.
