Proposed by Mr. Petchell, seconded by Mr. Ghapman—" That the sum of £IOO be paid to Mr. Xnder on account of his bill for £lO5, which will be due in a fe\N days."

Proposed by Mr. Glenn, seconded bv Mr. Thomson—" That the; full amount of the bill be paid when due." - Carried.

The, next business was the appointment of directors ior the ensuing year, but on the motion of Mr. Glenn, seconded by Mr. Horswell, the meeting for the appointment of directors was decided to stand adjourned till further notice.

The following gentlemen were chosen auditors :—-Messrs. Harper and Efanks. .A. vote of thanks to the directors terminated the proceedings.
