Warden's Court.—July 5. (Before H. "W. Robinson, Esq., Warden.) W. jB. Leader v, A. M'Leod.—Complaint- that the defendant has abandoned his water race and dani at Blackstone Hill. Plain tiff prayed that they lie adjudged.forfeit, and granted to hitn. The defendant .did not appear, and as it 'was shown in -evidence that both rat e and dam had been abandoned for twelve or eighteen months, judgment was given .for plaintiff in 'accordance with his complaint. Costs Us. Kobert Johnstone v. W. Mornington and T- O'Brieu. —Plaintiff sought dissolution . of the partnership hitherto subsisting between himself and the defendants, in a race known as the Live and Let Live. Water Race, between Hill's Creek and YVoolshed Diggings. No appearance of either party.: Struck out.. - Mining Le.ase Application.—Owen Owens and Others.
