Police v. Griffin.—Complaint for breaca of the Licensing Ordinance by selling liquor without a license in 'his promises on Macraes Fiat. The defendant appeared, but the witness who had been summoned did not attend when called. It was explained that t?ie inclemency of the weather and the flooded state of certain creeks had probably prevented the witness from reaching Macraes. T.ife Magistrate, therelore, postponed the hearing until the next Court day, June 16th. Police v. Bonis.—Druuk and disorderly. Discharged.'
