Dillon v. Mardliii^.— Claim for £5, being value of certain anvil, picks, alleged to have been been removed, by defendant from the Shag Valley . liaee, the property of which had been purchased by plaintiff. There was no appearance of defendant, and after some enquiry into the particulars of value, the Court gave judgment for £2 135., and 6s. costs.
Slaughtering license application was granted to L. Mathewson. _ Smith v. JNoon.—Debt, £2 6s. 7d. Settled'out of Court.

No cases for hearing. Several applications of minor importance were heard and disposed of, the only new grant being that of a residence area to M. Prendergast.
