DISTRICT COURT.—May. 11.
(Before his Horror Wilson Gray, Judge.)
John Creighton (Appellant), John Campbell and Party (Respondents). — This was an appeal from a judgment delivered by Mr. Warden Eobinsonon, the 2Sth A pril last, upon which occasion Creighton sued Campbell for encroachment upon a claim, possession of which bad been taken by Campbell on the plea- that it was abandoned. His Honor visited the ground, and deferred giving judgment unlil Friday (to-day) at 0.30 a.m., in order that he might ascertain from Mr. Warden Robinson the' ground upon which he had based hit judgment when the case was lately. heard before him.
