(Before H. W, Robinson, Esq., Warden,) 1 Baker v. John Campbell and Jamesj An application for decree'! for dissolution of partnership. Settled out of Court. Thomas Creighton and Party : v Edward Carling as Manager of the Extended Water Race Company, Registered.—Mr. H. C. Hertslet for the complainants. This was a complaint that defendant had encroached upon their claim at Surface TTill by the erection of a dam upon their claim, and praying the Court to cause the obstruction to be removed. After the case had been stated, there appearing a prospect of the matter being amicably settled out of Court, the Warden consented to adjourn the case until Thursday next, i upon the understanding that, if a satis-| factory arrangement were arrived av in the meantime, the parties need not attend.
