RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT NASEBY.—JuIy 5.
(Before H. W. Robinson, Esq. E.M., John Crone, charged with having been drunkand disorderly on.the previous Saturday, was fined 10s., or in default, twenty-fo.ur hours' imprisonment. Tooteli v. (xason.—Claim for L 7 Is. This .case had been, at the request of the defendant, adjourned from the previous Friday, when £4 19s. 6d. was paid into Court, and a .set-off pleaded for the balance. Evidence having been heard, judgment was now given for the plaintiff, for the amount paid into Court; the plaintiff to pay costs, 255., and defendant the cost of adjournment, 2s.
