Miss E. Owen, of Wellington, paid a. short visit to her parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. Owen, this Week. She returned to Wellington to-day. Captain Heavy, of the local Salcation Army ;Corp, who has been spending a holiday in Christchurch, returned to Fox-ton yesterday. The Rev. H. Dyson, of Masterlon, who is visiting Foxton, will take the sendees in the Methodist Church on Sunday. Colonel Taylor (/Chief Secretary of the Salvation Army) and Mrs. Taylor spent a short time in Foxton this morning while on route to Now Plymouth. Tn the recent electrical examinations held in Wellington, Mr. F. J. Itonskio, soil of Mr. and Airs. F. R. llenskie, of Avenue Road, passed his electricians examination with high honours-.
