“PUCKER UP AND WHISTLE.”
A Taranaki business man recently received the following circular letlcir from a AVHlington engineering linn: — “Good morning! 'There is a wailing wall at .Jerusalem where for 2000 years men and women have wailed and wailed. They did no good for themselves. The. wise members ot the population travelled to other parts of the won*ld and succeeded. They realised that, moaning does not pay —-hut busy Imsy-ness does. \\ ailing- does not get us anywhere. There are flat spots in business just now, but the history of man is a series of. ups and downs, and we must not forget that —‘To-day is the to-morrow we worried about yesterday and it never happened.’ Do not talk gloom news. Spread all the good news that you hear. Ne.w Zealand is in a healthy condition, and there is some sunshine showing through. Business is picking up quietly and consistently. Backer up and whistle.”
