OVERSTAYED HIS LEAVE
CHINAMAN ARRESTED.
In December, 1927, Sue Kong, a Chinese, was granted a temporary permit to remain in New Zealand at Auckland, but on the expiration of the leave he disappeared,- and was not traced until arrested in Foxton yesterday.
Kong ‘.appeared at the local Police Court this morning, before Mr 3. K. Hornblow, J.P., charged with overstaying his leave, and was remanded to appear at Auckland tomorrow morning.
