NEWS OF MISSING MAN.
PERRY STEAMER. MYSTERY. New Plymouth, July 31. News of Arthur P. J. Hebbend, who last week was reported missing from the Wellington-Lytteltou ferry steamer, and who was also reported to have left a note indicating suicide,, was received this morning from Hebbend’s sister, who wrote Mrs Hebbend on Tuesday. The police have received no official information, but have been shown the flutter tliat Mrs Hebbend received.
