Glassification. —By-law No. 4 of Club Contest Regulations has been altered to read as follows: — A senior player is anyone who lias played more than twice in senior contests. Starting time, 2.50. —Referees are instructed to begin games at advertised starting time. There has been too much dilatoriness in the arrival of teams. Teams not on field at qorreet time shall forfeit points. Clubs playing members in-wrong-ly coloured jerseys are liable to a line of 2/6 for each offence. Teams failing to bring a football (in fit condition for playing) on to the field of iplay shall be lined 10/-. Length of spells. —In junior and in senior competition games, spells of 45 minutes must be played.
