Classification. —By-law No. 4 of Club Contest Regulations has been altered to read aS follows: — A senior player is anyone who lias played more than, twice in senior contests. Starting time, 2.50. —Referees are instructed to begin games at advertised stalling time. There has been, too much dilatoriness in the arrival of teams. Teams • not on held at correct time shall forfeit points. Clubs playing members in wrongly coloured jerseys are liable to a line of 2/6 for each offence. . Teams failing to bring a football (in fit condition for playing) on to the field of play shall be fined 10/-. Length, of spells.—ln junior and in senior competition games, spells of 45 minutes must be played.
