A START SOON TO BE AIADE. When speaking at the Fire Brigade social evening last week, Air. J. A. Smith (engineer lo the Tlorowbenna Power Board) made reference to Foxton’s proposed community lighting scheme. He could assure business people lhai community lighting would prove a great asset to the town, imi only from a shopping point of view, but as a safeguard to business premises and properly by keeping away prowlers at night.
