PLAYERS S USPENDED

At Tuesday’s meeting of the ITorowheimn Rugby Council, L. Croon, a local Junior, was snspneded for one playing Saturday for striking a player during the course of the Foxton-Shannon game last Saturday. Sinclair, a local Third-grade player, was suspended until lie appears at the Council meeting for giving a decision after the referee had blown his whistle, during last Saturday’s game, and also for impertinence.

Next Wednesday the Possibles v. Probables match will be played on the Palmerston FT. showgrounds. Kick-off at 2.30 p.m. Admission: Adults 2s, children Gd; stand 2s.
