FINANCIAL STATEMENT.
The secretary presented the following financial statement for the last six months at Monday’s meeting' of the Pox to n Harbour Board:—
"Receipts: Cash in hand as at October 1, 1929, £393 2/9; pilotage, £122; river lighting, £4O 10/-; wharfage in, £934 0/1; wharfage out, £lls 7/2; ship’s dues, £l3 0/(5; rents —Round Basil £55, To Wha - rangi £212 0/11, sanatorium £22 17/0, camping license 10/-, grazing license £3 4/6, shed site £0 10/-, septic tank site 10/-; road contributions, £62 11/1; miscellaneous, £72 18/0; differential special rate, £265; dr. balance as at 31/3/30, bank £554 16/7; total, £2879 19/7. Payments: Overdraft as at October* 1, 1929, £IOO7 6/2; salaries, £429 5/-; kerosene, etc., £22 6/-; maintenance and repairs, £36 8/0; plant, etc., £6O 15/6; offi.ee and general exes., £6B 8/7; handling, etc., £453 17/6; miscellaneous, £257 17/11; travelling exes., £7 10/-; insurances, £43 4/3; nightwateliman, £13 —£56 4/3; interest, £420; total, £2879 19/7. INCOME AND EXPENDITURE ACCOUNT.
