RIVER EROSION.

Since the matter of river erosion at Robinson’s Bend was discussed at the monthly meeting of the Foxton Harbour Board the matter has become more acute by reason of the fact that about two chains of willow trees have fallen into the river. The spot where the erosion has taken place is practically the fairway .of the river and will require immediate attention.
