On Ist’ and 2nd January, special cheap excursion tickets to Marton, available for return until 3rd January, avill be issued at Fox ton, Palmerston North, aaul intermediate stations, only by morning- trains. These trains connect with special race train leaving Palmerston 9.25 a.m. ' Return trains leave Marton 5.35 p.m. (Ist), 5.50 p.m. (2nd). .Connecting train for Fyxton leaves Palmerston North 7.0 p.m. on Ist and 7.30 p.m. on 2nd.
