THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires at noon to-day as follows: — The indications a,re for westerly winds .moderate to strong and veering by west to north. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather. Mild'and hazy conditions. Barometer little movement but will fall shortly. Sea rough, but decreasing. Tides good but increasing.
