Particulars of the will of the late Joseph Cooper, oL’ Taihape, a farmer, who died a bachelor, have been disclosed. The estate, of approximated £13,000 in sound securities, has been placed in 'trust in perpetuity, and the annual income is to be divided in stipulated (proportions among the following' institutions: The Anglican Children’s Home, Palmeirston Nofrth; 'the Anglican Girls’ Home, Karori; the Anglican Boys’ Home, Lower Hutt; the Salvation Army Boys’ Home, Island Bay; the Salvation Army Girls’ Home, Owen Street, Wellington; the Presbyterian Boys’ Home, Berhampere; the Presbyterian Girls’ Home, Island Boy; the Methodist Orphanage, Masterton; and the Children’s Home, Huntenville. The sole executors are Thomas Kincaid, solicitor, and Henry Nuri ell, law clerk, Tailiape. Provision is made for inevitable changes in executorship and administration.
