PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH BAZAAR.
Yesterday afternoon the members of the Presbyterian Ladies’ Guild held a very successful bazaar in the 'Town Hall supper-room. The stalls were well filled with numerous and varied articles. Fortunately the weather Iklept fine and the attendance was- good, and the Church will benefit as a result of tlie effort ]to the extent of between £2O and £25. Tihe .stall holders were as follows : : — Fancy Stall: Mesdames D. R. Barron and Nicol (Oroua Downs). Flower and Produce Stall: Mes<i nines MiclEwen, J. Martin, W. Wood ham and Miss B. Speirs. Sweets Stall: Misses E: Patterson, I. Patterson, K. Hornblow, J. Stevenson, and R. Perreau. Cake Stall: Mesdames J. M. Thomson, John Ross, Yardley and Miss Stevenson. Mesdames S. Easton, Shepherd and Misses A. Speirs, McEwen and Satherley had charge of the tea rooms, and Miss Littlejohn acted ns doo)r steward^ During the afternoon vocal and elocutionary items were Contributed by Mesdames F. A. Mason, 0. Doel, Riches, Sutherland and Miss J. Stevenson.
