MONTHLY SITTING. The usual monthly sitting of the local Magistrate’s Court Avas held this morning before Air. J. L. Stout, S.M. CIVIL CASES. Judgment Avas given for plaintiff in the folloAving civil undefended eases:—■ Commissioner of Taxes v. D. Me.A. O’Connor, £4 11/10, costs 8/-j R. Sorbie v. T. Elers, £1 5/-, costs 8/-. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. ' S. P. Burr and H. At. Rogers (Mr. Bergin) obtained an order against A. Taylor for £lO 13/6, with costs 15/0, warrant suspended as long as defendant pays £2 per month, in default 21 days’ imprisonment.
t jack Parker Avas ordered to pay C. iv. Woodroofe (Mir. Bergin), £7 2/6 'forthwith, with costs 15/6, in default seven days’ imprisonment, Avarraut suspended as long as defendant pays £1 per month.
