Robinson, vegetables and dripping; Mr. Hart, free cartage; Mr. Hartley, free labour on home’s property; Mrs. Smith, Christchurch, fruit and chocolate; Mrs. Gallon, Wellington, 2 cases apples; Mir. Sunnex, bag of swedes, fruit and sweets; Mrs. West, Palmerston North, butter; Mrs. J. J. Whitehead, Palmerston N., flowers; Mr. Bull, calces and fruit; Mrs. Bailees, Oroua Downs, eggs; Mrs. Hunter, Olrnua Downs, vegetables; Oroua Downs social, calces; Miss Whitehead, Palmerston North, flowers; Miss Hancock, Palmerston North, flowers. AN APPEAL FOR EGGS. The matron of All Saints’ Children’s Home, at the Beach would he ’cased to receive donations of eggs. Last year a similar appeal was made and brought a liberal response and it is hoped that this appeal will meet with a similar result.
