FOXTON BOWLING CLUB
A committee meeting of the Foxton Bowling Club was held on Thursday at the residence of the President (Mr. W. S. Heyes).. Also present were Messlrs J. M. Thomson, W. Nye, John Ross, and J. Newtli. An apology for absence was received from Mr. F. Robinson. Messrs V. Croon, C. Hunt aud McGill were elected new members. It was decided to officially open the green for play on October Ist. The question of appointing a care taken' was held over until next meeting.
