THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires at noon to-day as follows: — The indications are for south easterly winds moderate to strong, freshening. Expect dull weather with much mist and fog in parts. Rain probable. The weather will probably become colder. Seas moderate. Tides poor.
