Mr. F. Lucinsky, who accidentally cut his foot, while grabbing rushes on his farm recently was Admitted to the Palmerston Hospital last Thursday for surgical • treatment. He is progressing satisfactorily. The many friends of our old townsman, Mr. Spring senr., will be pleased to learn that he has recovered from his recent indisposition, while on a visit to his daughter in Wanganui, and hopes to return to Foxton at an early date. J\lr. Spring is now in his 92nd year.
