POISONING TRAGEDY.

Hamilton, July 24. The double tragedy at Hamilton on June 29 when Ernest Edward Lees and his wife were found dead from poison at the rear of their shop, was investigated at an inquest to-day. Evidence showed the couple were in iiimaeial difficulties. The verdict was that the husband suicided and the wife died of poison, but there was no evidence to show whether it was self-adminis-tered or not.
