PROPOSED HARBOUR RATE.

The Borough iCouncil at Monday night’s meeting received a communication from the Foxton Harbour Board intiimating that it intended to levy a rate over the Harbour district to meet prospective liabilities and that the Foxton borough’s assessment was £44.
